Job summary

AccentCare is seeking an RN Weekend Baylor in Norwood, MA to deliver quality patient care across pediatric to geriatric patients. The role combines direct and indirect care with CHHAs and CNAs, following the Patient Care Plan and ensuring plan effectiveness.

Requires RN license, 1 year RN experience, CPR, valid driver’s license, and geriatric home health/OASIS experience. Sign-on bonus and benefits accompany full-time, 32-hour weekend schedule with pay for 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and licensed as an RN in the operating state.
• One year of RN experience and CPR certification required.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle and ability to travel to all locations.
• Geriatric Home Health and OASIS experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing needs and implement the patient care plan, re-evaluating as needed.
• Promote and maintain optimal client care, diagnose health problems and provide treatments.
• Make initial nursing evaluation visits and revise plans as required.
• Initiate and revise the plan of care; perform specialized nursing services.
• Supervise and teach para-professional staff; provide instruction and orders.
• Inform physician and team of changes in patient condition; counsel client and family.
