Job summary

AccentCare Inc. in Georgia seeks an RN Weekend Baylor to join our Home Health team in the Atlanta area. This full-time role combines direct and indirect patient care, following the Patient Care Plan, with pediatric to geriatric patients.

Flexible weekend schedule Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon, salary $87,000-$94,000, and opportunities to lead CHHAs and CNAs in patient care tasks. You will perform initial nursing evaluations, develop and adjust care plans, and coordinate with physicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing.
• One year experience as an RN.
• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification.
• Must be a licensed driver with insured automobile and ability to travel to all business locations.
• Must have Geriatric Home Health and OASIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing needs and implement the individualized patient care plan.
• Promote and maintain optimal client care; diagnose and treat health problems.
• Make the initial nursing evaluation visit and re-evaluate as needed.
• Initiate and revise the plan of care; provide services within nursing scope.
• Supervise and teach other clinical personnel; document changes.
