Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for weekend coverage in the McKinney, TX area. This full-time RN Weekend Baylor role focuses on maintaining patient care plans with direct and indirect patient care across pediatric to geriatric patients.

The RN will supervise CHHAs and CNAs, conduct assessments, develop and modify care plans, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Requires RN license in TX, a year of RN experience, CPR, and a valid driver’s license with travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and licensed to practice as RN in the operation state.
• One year RN experience.
• Must possess and maintain CPR certification.
• Must have a valid driver's license with insured vehicle and be able to travel.
• Geriatric Home Health and OASIS experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing needs of patients and implement and adjust the care plan.
• Promote and maintain optimal client care and diagnose health problems.
• Make initial nursing evaluation visits and re-evaluate needs as required.
• Initiate and revise the plan of care and provide specialized nursing services.
• Supervise and teach other clinical staff and oversee orders.
• Informs physician of changes in patient condition and counsels families.
