Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Respond to resident needs and medical emergencies with professionalism and compassion.
• Accurately document care in the electronic medical record.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.

Baylor Schedule

• Every Saturday: 16-hour shift

• Every Sunday: 16-hour shift

• Work 32 hours each weekend

• Receive an additional 8 hours of pay (when both 16 hours shifts are completed) through our Baylor Bonus Program—paid as if you worked a 40-hour week

What You'll Do

As a Weekend Baylor Floor Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents by:

• Providing direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
