Brickyard Healthcare in Indiana is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care to residents. You will work three 12-hour shifts each weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) under Baylor scheduling with incentive pay.

The role emphasizes patient-centered outcomes, collaboration with the care team, and ongoing opportunities for shift pickups and bonuses. Eligible candidates must hold an active RN license in Indiana and CPR certification; full benefits and professional growth

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana required.
• CPR certification required; CPR within 90 days of hire.
• Licensed nurse with no finding of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation in the registry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care using the nursing process to achieve outcome-focused care.
• Identify needs and assist with discharge planning and follow-up throughout length of stay.
• Develop an individualized plan of care with the resident, responsible party, and interdisciplinary team.
• Implement the plan consistently with focus on resident-centered outcomes and cost-conscious care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals by sharing information relevant to care plans.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort with current nursing practices.

• Assure that effective quality nursing care is delivered which is outcome focused through utilization of the nursing process.
• Identify needs and provide input for discharge planning and follow-up throughout length of stay
• Assist with development of individualized plan of care in collaboration with the resident/responsible party and interdisciplinary care team
• Implement plan of care consistently, effectively and cost efficiently with focus on resident centered outcomes by utilizing all appropriate, available resources for resident, family or responsible party counseling and discharge planning.

• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating knowledge and skills of current nursing practices

Qualifications:

• Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice required
• Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification. Licensed nursing staff are required to obtain their CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• License in good standing with the state. Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
