Eaton Corporation is seeking a Team Lead – Assembly for the Weekend Shift in Greenwood, SC. The role oversees production with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, reporting to the supervisor and guiding a frontline team.

Responsibilities include training team members, ensuring 5S standards, and leading daily meetings to track performance. This position offers a weekend schedule and a variable incentive program based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience in switchgear assembly.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered; candidates within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC will be considered. Active-Duty Military candidates are exempt from geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity goals.
• Provide training, instruction, and production-related guidance to employees, enforcing 5S.
• Conduct daily tactical oversight and lead Tier 1 meetings when supervisor is unavailable.
• Foster a positive team environment and resolve conflicts to maintain productivity.
