Job summary

ServiceTec International, Inc. is seeking an Airport Systems Support Technician for a part-time, 6-month contract at JFK Airport in Jamaica, NY. The role focuses on keeping critical airport IT systems and equipment operational with hands-on maintenance and rapid troubleshooting.

Onsite weekend shifts (Sat, Sun, 4:30 PM–1:30 AM) require strong customer service and the ability to navigate security checkpoints, with preference for prior airport experience. 401K, leave benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc/MCP/A+ or equivalent.
• Experience within a site-based customer service environment.
• Demonstrated focus on customer service.
• Airport experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot airport IT systems and equipment.
• Respond to incidents with prompt, customer-focused service.
• Work onsite during weekend shifts to support airport operations.
