This on-site, full-time role supports critical airport IT systems, performing proactive maintenance and reactive troubleshooting to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll work 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 1:00 AM, with a strong emphasis on customer service, technical growth, and collaboration with a global team.

Qualifications

• College-level education as demonstrated by a BA, BSc, MCP, A+ or equivalent.
• Experience within a site-based customer service environment.
• Demonstrated focus on customer service.
