Musicologie Austin is seeking a Saturday administrative assistant to greet students and families, answer phones, schedule lessons, and keep the studio organized on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM in Bee Cave / Lakeway.

This part-time role offers a friendly, student-focused environment in a brand-new studio opening in 2025, with room to learn and grow while supporting our General Manager and teachers; weekend availability is ideal for students and musicians.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in busy periods.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet students, families and teachers as they arrive for lessons.
• Answer phones and respond to scheduling questions.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Support the General Manager with administrative tasks and event preparation.
• Help coordinate communication between families and teachers.
