MercyOne Northeast Iowa in Cedar Falls is seeking a weekend RN for the Post Surgical unit at Cedar Falls Medical Center. This 21-bed unit cares for chest pain, pneumonia, orthopedic and bariatric cases.

The role is weekend days with a .9 FTE schedule, Friday through Sunday, 6:45 am to 7:15 pm, 5 of 6 weekends per pay period. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, supervise LPNs and PCAs, and coordinate with physicians and families.

Qualificações

• Current IA RN license required.
• BSN preferred.
• No prior experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.
• Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.
• Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.
