Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate accurate information during handoffs to the care team.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Document nursing care in real time per policy.
• Delegate tasks to licensed and non-licensed staff appropriately.
• Ensure patient safety and privacy during shifts.
