MercyOne Northeast Iowa is seeking an experienced RN to join our weekend/night shift team in Waterloo, IA. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, and supervise care provided by LPNs and PCAs, while coordinating with physicians and families.

This part-time position offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, comprehensive benefits including wellness programs, education reimbursement, health insurance (dental/vision), PTO, leave, retirement planning, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Current IA RN license is required.
• BSN preferred.
• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.
