Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in recreation or related field preferred.
• Ability to work weekends (Fri–Sun).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities, arts/crafts, games, and social events for residents.
• Collaborate with the Activities Director to develop and implement programs.
• Assess resident interests and tailor activities accordingly.
• Lead both one-on-one and group activities with residents.
• Maintain records of participation and feedback.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Support orientation and training of new staff.
