Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing engaging recreational, social, and wellness programs.
• Escort residents to activities and facilitate group and one-on-one programs.
• Support offsite outings, including transportation coordination.
• Assist in passing resident meals.
• Observe and report changes in mood, behavior, or engagement.
• Assist with Resident and Family Council meetings as assigned.
• Maintain resident dignity, rights, confidentiality, and safety at all time.
