Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- in West Windsor, NJ is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings. You will help children build communication, social, and independence skills under hands-on mentorship from a BCBA.

You will collect data during sessions and work with families to share progress and strategies. The role offers part-time hours with flexible afternoons/evenings and benefits eligibility for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children in home settings.
• Collect data on treatment goals during sessions.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Share progress updates and strategies with families.
