Job summary

Beyond Behavior Consulting, LLC is seeking a weekend Behavioral Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect and graph data, and use evidence-based ABA strategies to teach communication and social skills.

Ideal candidates will be patient, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality while collaborating with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6–12 months of Behavior Technician experience or a relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Reliable transportation and ability to meet attendance requirements.
• Ability to use electronic timekeeping and data collection systems.
• Must obtain/maintain state and federal background clearances (PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal History, FBI).
• CPR Certification and Mandated Reporter Training.
• Physically able to participate in activities with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in the home and community on weekends.
• Implement treatment plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate behavioral and skill data during sessions.
• Graph and maintain client data.
• Use ABA strategies: reinforcement, prompting, shaping, chaining, differential reinforcement, token economies.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, adaptive, academic, and other functional skills.
• Maintain session notes and client program materials.
• Communicate with BCBA and caregivers; attend supervision meetings and document accordingly.
