Job summary

CSM Lodging Services Incorporated is seeking two Line Cooks for the Marriott Milwaukee West on the 2nd shift. This full-time on-site role requires preparing and cooking items to meet brand standards and guest expectations.

You will handle prep, inventory, sanitation, and daily health logs, work weekends as needed, and contribute to a fast-paced food and beverage team within a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe training and certification, or ability to obtain local certifications as required by law.
• 1+ year of cook experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, understand and write English for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to brand standards and recipes.
• Complete daily prep work based on hotel occupancy levels.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen, Bistro, and dish room.
• Assist with inventory and completing inventory par sheets.
• Keep accurate temperature logs and health code documentation.
