Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishware and equipment.
• Maintain the dish machine and ensure minimum temperature requirements.
• Clean the dishwasher, adjust water, clean curtains and traps.
• Air dry dishes and store properly to avoid wet storage.
• Inspect dishes and re-wash as necessary.
• Remove trash, break down boxes, and assist with kitchen cleaning.
• Complete deep cleaning and periodic power sprays as needed.
• Assist other areas to meet guest needs and support the team.
• Follow safety procedures and alcohol/chemical usage guidelines.
