Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current LPN License.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, dressing wounds, and performing vital signs.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and communication.
• Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing individual needs and preferences.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient care delivery.
