Job summary

Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 12-hour day shifts with a new, higher pay scale. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise CNAs, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active Tennessee LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the RN and physician.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality resident care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control practices, and state and federal regulations.
