Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• ACLS Required.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and assess data to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Develop and implement the plan of care with patient/family and interdisciplinary team.
• Document progress and ensure age-specific needs are met.
