Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing.
• Active RN license in Ohio.
• ACLS certification required.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and assess data to determine nursing diagnosis and outcomes.
• Develop and implement plan of care in collaboration with patient/family and interdisciplinary team.
• Identify interventions to attain outcomes and document progress.
