Key Point Health Services, Inc. in Baltimore, MD is seeking a full-time Support Staff to provide comprehensive services across on-site and community programs, including case management, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, advocacy, and liaison work.
The role requires a high school diploma, an active MD driver's license, and the ability to complete documentation accurately. You will assist with medication monitoring, ADLs, and coordination with treatment teams, with travel locally as needed.

The RRP Support staff works in a combination of office and community settings, including individuals’ residences.
The Support Staff will not be required to work in conditioning including uncomfortable levels of heat, cold, light, or noise.
They will not be required to work in environment in which they feel uncomfortable or that the proposed environment is in any way detrimental to their health.
The position may require repetitive use of computer, keyboard, and mouse.
Support Staff is expected to travel locally between the office, client’s residences, and community settings.
They are not expected to travel out of state but may be expected to travel overnight. (For AON support staff only).
