Job summary

Thomas Tire & Automotive is seeking a reliable Shuttle Driver to connect customers with our service center, ensuring timely transportation and a positive experience. You will bridge daily operations by coordinating vehicle pick-ups, communicating with the service team, and maintaining the shuttle's cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

Experience delivering courteous customer service.
Ability to transport customers safely and promptly.
Attention to detail for keeping records and logs.

Responsibilities

Customer Transportation: Safely transport customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other designated locations while vehicles are serviced.
Customer Service: Provide excellent, professional service to every passenger to maintain high service standards.
Logistics & Communication: Coordinate with the service department for pick-up/drop-off times and maintain passenger records.
Shop Support: Retrieve parts and tires from the warehouse for the shop as needed.
Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the shuttle vehicle clean and follow traffic laws and safety policies.
