Job summary

Thomas Tire & Automotive is seeking a reliable Shuttle Driver to connect customers with our service center, ensuring timely transportation and a positive experience. You will bridge daily operations by coordinating vehicle pick-ups, communicating with the service team, and maintaining the shuttle's cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Customer Transportation: Safely transport customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other designated locations while vehicles are serviced.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent, professional service to every passenger to maintain high service standards.
• Logistics & Communication: Coordinate with the service department for pick-up/drop-off times and maintain passenger records.
• Shop Support: Retrieve parts and tires from the warehouse for the shop as needed.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the shuttle vehicle clean and follow traffic laws and safety policies.

As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by bridging the gap between our service center and our customers' busy lives.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the safety and satisfaction of our passengers while supporting our shop operations:

Customer Transportation: Safely transport customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other designated locations in a timely manner while their vehicles are being serviced.

Customer Service: Provide excellent, professional service to every passenger to maintain high service department standards.

Logistics & Communication: Coordinate effectively with the service department for pick-up and drop-off times and keep accurate records of passenger names and destinations.

Shop Support: Retrieve parts and tires from the warehouse for the shop as needed.

Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain a clean, well-kept shuttle vehicle and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
