Job summary

Gordie’s Auto & Tire is seeking a dependable Shuttle Driver to enhance the customer experience by transporting customers safely to and from service locations while vehicles are serviced.

You will help customers during pickup/drop-off, maintain vehicle readiness, and communicate clearly with service advisors to ensure timely arrivals and departures. The role requires strong safety awareness and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on-the-go.
• Strong time management skills.
• Physically fit with ability to lift light objects.
• Familiarity with local roads and routes.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from homes, workplaces, or nearby destinations.
• Provide a friendly, professional, and comfortable shuttle experience.
• Assist customers with entering/exiting the vehicle and with belongings when needed.
• Keep the shuttle clean, organized, fueled, and ready for use.
• Notify management of maintenance or safety concerns with the shuttle.
• Follow traffic laws and prioritize passenger safety.
