Job summary

Thomas Tire & Automotive is seeking a reliable Shuttle Driver to provide exceptional service to our community. The role focuses on safe passenger transport between the service center and customers, with 2-3 days per week work.

You will assist with loading tires and parts, support shop operations, and maintain a clean vehicle in compliance with safety policies. Your strong customer service and coordination with the service team will ensure a positive experience.

As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by bridging the gap between our service center and our customers' busy lives. This position would work 2-3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the safety and satisfaction of our passengers while supporting our shop operations:

Assisting : With loading and unloading tires, wheels and automotive parts.

Customer Service: Provide excellent, professional service to every customer to maintain high service department standards.

Logistics & Communication: Coordinate effectively with the service department for pick-up and drop-off times and keep accurate records of deliveries

Shop Support: Retrieve parts and tires from the warehouse for the shop as needed.

Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
