Job summary

Thomas Tire & Automotive is looking for a reliable Shuttle Driver to provide exceptional service to customers. You will be responsible for safely transporting customers to designated locations while their vehicles are serviced.

In addition, you will ensure great customer service and support the shop operations. The role includes maintaining a clean shuttle vehicle and adhering to all traffic laws. Financial security is supported with weekly pay and a 401(k) plan.

As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by bridging the gap between our service center and our customers' busy lives.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the safety and satisfaction of our passengers while supporting our shop operations:

Customer Transportation: Safely transport customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other designated locations in a timely manner while their vehicles are being serviced.

Customer Service: Provide excellent, professional service to every passenger to maintain high service department standards.

Logistics & Communication: Coordinate effectively with the service department for pick-up and drop-off times and keep accurate records of passenger names and destinations.

Shop Support: Retrieve parts and tires from the warehouse for the shop as needed.

Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain a clean, well-kept shuttle vehicle and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
