Eurest in Glenview, IL is seeking a full-time Prep Cook to support daily food production under the Chef. You will prepare items per production schedules, follow recipes, and ensure quality and safe handling of all foods.

The position requires five years of prep cooking experience and a valid ServSafe certificate, with a daytime schedule Monday–Friday and no weekends. Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Five years of prep cooking experience required.
• Food safety and sanitation knowledge required.
• Customer service and back-of-house experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and prepare items according to recipes.
• Follow production worksheets and ensure quality and portion control.
• Operate and clean equipment; document waste and logs.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and health/sanitation regulations.
• Take orders from customers and serve at multiple stations.
• Resolve customer concerns and complete tasks as assigned.
