Eurest at Netscout in Allen, TX is hiring a Prep Cook for a full and part-time schedule from 6:45 am to 2:20 pm. The role focuses on 40% prep and 60% dishwashing, with kitchen experience a plus and a requirement to follow recipes and HACCP guidelines.

As a Prep Cook, you will assist the Chef with daily production, prepare items from production sheets, label and date foods, and help keep equipment clean. Eurest offers benefits and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience is a plus.

• Full and part-time schedule available.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste logs.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy and HACCP.
• Completes required documentation and reports.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short prep time.
• Serves customers efficiently at multiple stations.
