Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in a commercial kitchen or restaurant is required.

• Willingness to work Monday through Friday; schedule may vary.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items following recipes and production sheets.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment per department procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and assembles items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers efficiently and maintains a clean, sanitary work area.
• Completes daily production worksheets and supports the Chef with production requirements.
