Utz Quality Foods in Hanover, PA is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee a manufacturing maintenance team on a Weekday Shift (Monday to Thursday, 5:55 AM–5:55 PM). The role combines hands-on repair work with coaching and mentoring to keep production lines running safely and efficiently.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, manage spares, and ensure GMP/OSHA compliance while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical expertise with proactive problem-solving
• Experience leading a maintenance team and mentoring technicians
• Knowledge of GMP/OSHA/EPA and food safety regulations
• Ability to document repairs and maintenance in CMMS/EAM systems
• Willingness to work a Monday–Thursday daytime shift and be hands-on in a manufacturing setting

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to prioritize and complete work orders
• Coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve reliability
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled systems
• Manage spare parts inventory and tools for timely repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety and food-safety regulations and document maintenance activities in the CMMS
• Promote 5S principles and drive process improvements
• Provide hands-on training to technicians and support supervisor requests
