Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Level of Care RN to conduct LOC visits with prospective enrollees in their homes and complete state-approval assessments. You will provide direct and indirect nursing care while coordinating with physicians, clinic leadership, and an interdisciplinary team to support complex patient needs and regulatory compliance.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in California, with competitive compensation ($43–$53/hr DOE) plus full-time

Qualifications

• Current CPR (BLS) and First Aid certification.
• California driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Level of Care visits with prospective enrollees at home.
• Complete assessments required for state approval.
• Coordinate with physicians and clinic leadership to support patient needs and regulatory compliance.
