Job summary

Actikare Responsive In Home Care is seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, or HCAs for morning shifts in Seattle. Immediate hiring and flexible hours, with 4-hour shifts available and licensed insured drivers encouraged to apply. We offer a supportive team serving seniors in-home with dignity and high-quality care.

Caregivers provide companionship, help with mobility and daily tasks, and ensure safety. Competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing training are included.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check
• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
• Strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own, including preparing meals
• Prepare for clients
• Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $21.00 - $23 per hour for HCA and CNA caregivers

Caregiver / Home Care Aid (HCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks
