Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a proactive Sales & Catering Manager to grow our weddings and social events business in Westerville, OH. You will drive revenue, tour venues, craft proposals, and negotiate contracts, while coordinating day-of event details with hotel teams.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in hotel or catering sales, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales, catering sales, wedding sales, event planning, or related hospitality field.
• Strong sales acumen with proven prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive wedding and social event revenue through prospecting, networking, and client relationships.
• Conduct site tours and consultations for prospective clients and negotiate contracts.
• Detail weddings, prepare BEOs, and coordinate with hotel teams for event execution.
• Lead planning meetings, tastings, and pre-event communications with clients and staff.
• Collaborate with culinary, banquet, front office, and operations teams to ensure guest experiences.
