Trademark Venues is seeking a Wedding Venue Tour Guide to greet visitors and lead engaging tours of our venues in North San Diego County. You will highlight unique features, answer questions, and help couples envision their wedding day while collaborating with the sales team to create a seamless client experience.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a passion for weddings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, event planning or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage and connect with diverse clients.
• Enthusiasm for weddings and event planning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging tours of wedding venues for prospective clients.
• Highlight the unique features, amenities, and benefits of each venue.
• Answer questions about the venue and refer prospective clients to a product specialist for pricing and specific package information.
• Build rapport with clients and understand their specific needs and preferences.
• Assist clients in visualizing their wedding day at our venues.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our venues, services, and competitive advantages.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
• Complete other duties as assigned
