Trademark Venues, LLC in North San Diego County is seeking an experienced Wedding Event Planner to guide couples through every stage of the planning process and transform visions into unforgettable celebrations.

You will coordinate meetings, tastings, venue walkthroughs, and timelines; collaborate with culinary, operations, sales, and venue teams; and partner with vendors to ensure flawless execution, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other business software.
• Available to work weekends and flexible schedules based on events.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
