Trademark Venues LLC is seeking a dependable Landscaping Associate to maintain lawns, trees, gardens and exterior features across our North San Diego County venues. This full-time, on-site role works outdoors with weekends/evenings and supports weddings and events.

You will operate landscaping equipment, monitor plant health, assist irrigation inspections, help with site setup, and uphold safety standards to ensure venues look pristine and event-ready.

Qualifications

• Previous grounds maintenance, landscaping, or general labor experience.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens, trees and landscaped areas; water, prune, weed and mulch.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely (blowers, trimmers, mowers, etc.).
• Monitor plant health; report irrigation or landscaping issues to leadership.
• Assist irrigation inspections and basic repairs.
• Maintain walkways, patios and exterior features; perform light repairs.
• Support setup for weddings and events; assist with floral installations.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and safe; follow safety procedures.

About the Role

The Landscaping Associate is responsible for maintaining the grounds and outdoor spaces across our venues to ensure they remain beautiful, safe, and event-ready every day. This position also assists with light facility maintenance, venue setup, and other operational needs as assigned.

Success in this role requires reliability, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting exceptional guest experiences through well-maintained properties.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and landscaped areas through watering, planting, pruning, trimming, weeding, mulching, leaf removal, and general groundskeeping.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely, including blowers, trimmers, mowers, hedge trimmers, and other tools.
• Monitor plant health and report irrigation or landscaping issues to leadership.
• Assist with irrigation system inspections and basic repairs.
• Maintain walkways, patios, fences, hardscapes, and other exterior features.
• Perform light building maintenance and minor repairs as assigned.
• Assist with floral and greenery installations for weddings and special events when needed.
• Support venue setup and operational teams before and after events as needed.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow all company safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support venue operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment.
• Experience with irrigation systems and basic troubleshooting.
• General maintenance or facilities experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
