Wedgewood Weddings is seeking a Wedding Sales & Coordinator in Norcross, GA. This full-time role drives revenue by turning leads into couples and coordinating the execution of stunning weddings.

You will build strong client relationships, manage events from start to finish, and collaborate with a team to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in catering sales or hospitality, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for weddings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of catering sales, event sales, or hospitality experience.
• College degree is a bonus.
• Outstanding verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for sales, weddings, and the hospitality industry.
• Team collaboration and ability to work effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets, converting leads into happy couples, and upselling.
• Client relationships: Build strong connections with couples, guiding them through the sales process.
• Event Coordination: Manage weddings and events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Administrative tasks: Keep precise records of event details, contracts, and documents using Salesforce, Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Problem Solving: Tackle challenges quickly with a positive attitude to uphold excellence.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate event staff to deliver exceptional service.
