Responsibilities include client relations, timely responses, vendor collaboration, and leading rehearsals. Proficiency in CRM tools and Google Drive is preferred, with on-site work and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event planning or wedding planning is required.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; Walters Hospitality participates in E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate wedding planning from booking to execution.
• Lead rehearsals and act as primary planner on event days.
• Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with internal vendors and manage CRM tasks and payments.
• Attend planning meetings and manage schedules.
