Walters Weddings in College Station, TX is seeking an experiencedWedding Planner to turn dreams into unforgettable moments. You will manage client relations, coordinate with vendors, lead rehearsals, and oversee day-of operations to deliver a flawless, 5-star experience.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with CRM software and Google Drive, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. E-Verify compliance and valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event planning or wedding planning is required.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; able to lift up to 15 lbs and stand/walk 8–10 hours.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Google Drive.
• Submit/complete background check; eligible to work in the United States; E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Client relations: Build strong connections with clients and translate their wedding dreams into reality.
• Timely communication: Respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Vendor collaboration: Coordinate with internal vendors to enhance the bridal experience.
• Product knowledge: Stay informed about in-house wedding offerings.
• Planning meetings: Organize meetings and collect event details.
• CRM management: Complete CRM tasks and manage payments/invoices.
• Rehearsal leadership: Lead wedding rehearsals.
• Day-of coordination: Manage event days to deliver a 5-star experience.
• Team meetings: Attend weekly meetings and schedule tasks.
