Job summary

Granby Ranch in Colorado is seeking a Wedding and Event Manager to oversee the client experience from inquiry to day-of execution, including tours, communicating the GR experience, F&B options, and contract/BEO preparation. You will also coordinate with operations, manage payments, and support day-of execution to ensure exceptional events.

This role requires strong organization, 5+ years of customer service, 2+ years in wedding execution, and a 21+ age minimum; college degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years customer service experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with wedding execution.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• College degree or experience commensurate with essential functions required.
• Previous sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries on multiple platforms and secure bookings.
• Schedule and conduct site tours for potential clients.
• Represent Granby Ranch with professionalism and clear client communication.
• Meet or exceed financial targets for weddings and private events.
• Prepare contracts and banquet event orders for execution.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure payments are collected.
• Maintain strong cross-departmental relationships for each event.
• Supervise one full-time/seasonal employee.
• Establish vendor relationships to ensure high-quality experiences.
• Assist day-of wedding/event execution and client follow-up.
