Granby Ranch seeks a Wedding and Event Manager to oversee client experience from inquiry to day‑of execution. You will handle tours, contracts, banquet orders, and payments while coordinating with operations and vendors to deliver high‑quality weddings and events.

The role requires at least 5 years in customer service and 2 years of wedding execution, with a college degree or relevant experience. On‑site work year‑round with benefits.

Qualifications

• College degree or experience commensurate with essential functions required.
• Minimum of 5 years customer service required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with wedding execution.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with MVR that meets Company insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries across platforms, securing bookings with timely, professional responses.
• Schedule and conduct site tours for potential clients.
• Represent Granby Ranch with professionalism and clear client communication.
• Meet or exceed financial targets for wedding and private events.
• Prepare contracts and accurate banquet event orders for execution.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure timely payments are collected.
• Maintain strong relationships with all departments and vendors.
