Job summary

Steele Hill Resorts is seeking a dynamic Wedding & Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, social events, corporate functions, and celebrations at our resort in New Hampshire.

The role requires exceptional communication, organization, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences, with flexibility for weekend and evening shifts in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in event coordination, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and varying schedules.
• Familiarity with BEOs and hospitality software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-of event logistics for weddings, corporate meetings, social events, and special celebrations.
• Assist with venue tours, client meetings, detail reviews, and final consultations.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, resort departments, and third-party partners.
• Oversee setup and breakdown of event spaces, decor, and presentation.
• Prepare and distribute BEOs and coordinate internal communications related to event operations.
• Support sales efforts by responding to inquiries and tracking leads.
