Job summary

Holiday Acres Resort in the Northwoods of Wisconsin is seeking a Wedding and Events Coordinator to lead on-site wedding and event planning from inquiry through execution, ensuring every detail reflects the couple’s vision.

You’ll partner with our Chef, Bar/Restaurant Manager, and Front Desk team to craft seamless celebrations, manage event sheets, and maintain clear communication with clients. Occasional remote work may be considered based on event needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in event and wedding coordination and/or a background in the hospitality and service industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A friendly, enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.

Responsibilities

This position offers competitive pay based on experience and flexible scheduling. While the role is primarily on-site at our beautiful resort, occasional remote work may be possible.

Responsibilities

As the Wedding and Events Coordinator, you’ll be the primary on-site contact for weddings and events at Holiday Acres Resort. You’ll guide couples and clients through every step of the planning process, ensuring their vision comes to life. From replying to inquiries to coordinating with our Chef, Bar/Restaurant Manager, and Front Desk Management, you’ll play a key role in crafting seamless and memorable experiences. You’ll also create and manage event sheets, keeping everyone on the same page for each special occasion.
