Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a Wedding & Event Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences from inquiry to event completion. This on-site role requires daily presence at the Stateline resort to cultivate client relationships, oversee event execution, and collaborate with operational departments to maximize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hospitality sales, wedding sales, catering, event planning, or hotel operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field preferred.
• TIPS certification and Food Handling; Serv Safe certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary client contact from booking through event completion.
• Meet with clients before, during, and after events to ensure expectations are met and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate timelines, menus, layouts, vendors, and resort departments for seamless execution.
• Oversee rehearsals, event setup, execution, and breakdown while upholding quality standards.
• Ensure contracts, BEOs, and processes comply with company policies.
• Resolve operational issues proactively to maintain an exceptional guest experience.
