Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Coordinator of Resort Group Dining to coordinate group dining reservations and experiences across Wynn and Encore Las Vegas. This role serves as the central point of contact for internal departments, convention services, catering, and guests to ensure flawless planning and execution of events in a Forbes Five-Star setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in restaurant reservations, catering, convention services, event planning, or luxury hospitality operations.
• Experience coordinating group dining, banquet events, or guest services.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and Forbes Five-Star standards.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with reservation/hospitality systems such as Delphi or Guest Bridge.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest and business information.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required work cards and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate group dining reservations and arrangements for Wynn and Encore Las Vegas restaurants.
• Manage inquiries, proposals, confirmations, menu selections, seating, and event details.
• Maintain reservation records, contracts, and guest profiles in designated systems.
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership to ensure operational readiness for group events.
• Communicate guest preferences, dietary restrictions, and VIP information to restaurant teams.
• Assist in maximizing restaurant revenue through space utilization and strategic booking.
• Monitor reservation availability and propose solutions to accommodate requests.
• Prepare and distribute reports on group dining activity and revenue.
• Coordinate menu updates and operational changes with stakeholders.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns while upholding Wynn service standards.
• Partner with Food & Beverage leadership to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of Wynn and Encore dining venues, events, and amenities.
• Participate in tours, site inspections, and planning meetings.
• Ensure compliance with policies and health and safety regulations.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
