Job summary

Wedgewood Weddings in San Francisco, CA seeks a Wedding Sales & Coordinator to drive revenue, coordinate events, and deliver exceptional client experiences from initial contact through the wedding day.

You'll manage leads, build relationships with couples, plan events, and supervise staff while utilizing Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools; weekend availability is required in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years catering sales, event sales, or hospitality experience preferred; college degree is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with presentation ability.
• Customer-focused with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets and upselling to clients.
• Build and manage relationships with couples through the sales process.
• Coordinate weddings and events from start to finish for seamless execution.
• Maintain accurate event records, contracts, and documents in Salesforce and MS Office.
• Tackle challenges quickly with a positive attitude to uphold service excellence.
• Inspire and lead event staff to deliver exceptional service during events.
