Responsibilities

• Run events like a pro – handle logistics from setup to guest sendoff, banquet captaining, and team management
• Get hands-on with wedding planning – coordinate details of couples’ celebrations for smooth big-day delivery
• Wedding day coordination – rehearsal coordination, decor setup, and seamless day-of planning
• Help with admin tasks – floor plans, vendor communications, and related tasks
• Collaborate with in-house planning and sales teams, on-site staff, and external vendors to deliver exceptional experiences
