Job summary

The Harris Law Firm, based in Denver, Colorado, seeks a WeCare Concierge to be the consistent first point of contact for potential and retained clients, guiding them from inquiry to case closure. You will build trust, coordinate handoffs, and support clients while partnering closely with attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities include intake, scheduling, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth client experience. Base compensation is $65,000 with a bonus potential up to $7,000, totaling up to $72,000

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience; inbound sales experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a law firm preferred.
• Experience coordinating client services or managing client relationships preferred.
• Resourceful, proactive and committed to resolving client concerns.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database entry; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to inquiries; follow up in a timely manner.
• Review and assign new business inquiries; document client concerns.
• Provide empathetic, client-centered communication and guide conversations.
• Schedule consultations with the appropriate attorney.
• Enter potential client information into Salesforce and coordinate follow-ups.
